Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales for our Northern Pacific Region to lead our Sales teams in Hawaii, Washington, Illinois and Ohio.  This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and be responsible for selecting, training, and motivating location staff to ensure service is above and beyond client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, coach and develop employees towards success and growth
  • Plan sales strategies to ensure that market goals are met
  • Help local managers plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Evaluate, modify and create marketing, sales and incentive programs
  • Participate in property development as requested
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
  • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
  • Develop and maintain a community relationship and partnership
  • Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record-keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a sales role
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Manager role; industry experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a District, Area, or Regional Sales Leader; medium to large location leadership preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
