Our Funeral Directors/Embalmers are responsible for providing a source of support, guidance, and direction to client families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. 

We value work/life balance in a caring, diverse, and professional environment. As a Funeral Director/Embalmer at Spring Hill Funeral Home, you will be expected to:

• Work every other weekend.
• Participate in a rotation schedule to ensure fairness and even distribution of duties.

Qualified candidates must be a Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer in Tennessee (or possess the ability to reciprocate), have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
