We are seeking an Administrative Specialist II to join our team at Memorial Park Cemetery where we offer a friendly and supportive work environment. As an Administrative Specialist II, you are responsible for professionally greeting our client families on the phone and in person, accurately complete and maintain client paperwork, and process payments. Your work is critical to our ability to provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to client families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. - Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer knowledge (Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, HMIS, word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software).
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
