NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Managing Partner of Operations at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL. With a collaborative team structure, each Managing Partner has the chance to make a lasting impact, driving the entrepreneurial spirit that defines us and our teams. As a Manging Partner, you will lead the funeral home and cemetery operations, set fair and achievable goals, ensuring every employee contributes to our growth and success. • 5+ years of experience in the funeral and cemetery profession with understanding of both sales and operations management
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to think strategically and work independently
