Hello!

My name is Tim Lenz and I am the Managing Partner of Family Service at Mountain View Memorial Park & Funeral Home. I’ve been honored to work in the industry for eight years serving families in time of need, whether it be after losing a loved one, or in assisting them to discover the benefits of planning ahead in order to help protect their loved ones.

I find joy in the fact that this team truly cares for the families they serve and treat each one as if it were their own family. I’m extremely excited to announce that I have one new Family Service Advisor position available to help lead our team of professionals. We are building a team that will take Mountain View to the next level with customer service!

The lucky candidate would need to be extremely driven, deliver on promises, and have a passion for helping others. If you are coachable, trainable, and have a passion for winning, then I would like to talk with you.

  • Answer customer questions about products, services, prices, and property availability
  • Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs
  • Complete paperwork neatly and accurately, including all interment verification procedure
  • Answer inquiries about products and services for both pre-need planning and at-need preparation
  • Call and confirm all arrival times for current day memorial services
  • Set up meetings with clients to help review potential services
  • Partner with Sales Manager to help lead, train, and motivate team for success
  • High level of integrity, empathy and passion

  • Great Communication and People Skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to generate sales through prospecting and cold calling
