As a Sales Representative on Mountain View Memorial Park's Family Service team, you’ll help families and their loved ones create the ultimate celebration of life. With vision and compassion, you’ll provide the most meaningful and necessary gift anyone could receive – helping families plan for their future by creating a clear road map to having their wishes honored.   With more and more families electing to pre-plan and pre-pay their funeral and cemetery arrangements, you will see a long-term career ahead of you that will never be replaced by technology or automation. This is a people business and it always will be.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily prospecting, follow up and meet standards of engagement with our families. 
  • Conduct comprehensive presentations to families to meet their needs. ensure that they are maximizing all steps in the sales and service processes.
  • Carefully  adhere to the location's rules and regulations.
  • Be detailed and accurate with documentation, including Interment Orders, Interment Verification Procedures, Property Cards, Quit claims and other required paperwork.
  • Be knowledgeable on inventory levels and possess full knowledge of location's lots, crypts, niches, etc.
  • Stay in compliance with all measured areas, including home visits, follow up calls, gaining referrals and proper use of company's software.
  • Utilize all software, ensuring proper documentation and keeping up with all training modules required. 
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of successful sales procedures/closing.
  • Professional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite 
  • Valid Driver's License
